3. Pratique a arte da subtração: elimine o que não serve mais
Muitas vezes, nossa sensação de falta de propósito não vem da ausência de significado, mas do excesso de distrações. A vida moderna nos sobrecarrega com responsabilidades, obrigações e tarefas que podem drenar nossa energia.
Uma estratégia poderosa para encontrar clareza é a arte da subtração. Liste todas as suas atividades e responsabilidades e pergunte-se: quais delas me esgotam? O que eu eliminaria se pudesse?

Diga “sim” para oportunidades que normalmente evitaria. Teste novos hobbies, conheça pessoas diferentes, participe de projetos inesperados. Às vezes, o propósito não surge de uma certeza absoluta, mas de uma série de experimentações que nos levam a descobrir o que realmente nos inspira.
