1) Que história tenho contado a mim mesmo sobre quem eu sou e como isso tem direcionado minhas escolhas?
Observe os temas que se repetem: você se vê como alguém capaz de crescer e aprender, ou como alguém limitado por medo e dúvida? Perceba como essa narrativa influencia decisões de trabalho, relacionamentos, dinheiro, saúde e autoconfiança. O objetivo aqui não é se julgar — é entender o “roteiro” que você vem seguindo.

2) Quais partes da minha história parecem desatualizadas ou já não são verdadeiras?
Com o tempo, papéis e crenças deixam de representar quem somos. Talvez você sempre tenha se definido como “o forte”, “o responsável por tudo”, “o que não erra”, “o que precisa agradar”. Quais desses rótulos já não combinam com sua fase atual? Atualizar a narrativa é permitir que sua identidade evolua.
3) O que na minha história eu quero preservar, porque me fortalece?
Nem tudo precisa ser “mudado”. Boas lideranças sabem manter o que funciona. Quais traços você quer levar para 2026: sua disciplina, sua coragem, sua criatividade, sua lealdade, sua capacidade de recomeçar? Identificar o que te sustenta traz estabilidade para transformar o resto com segurança.
4) Em quem quero me tornar em 2026 — e quais histórias apoiam esse crescimento?
Defina com mais precisão a versão de você que quer construir: como você quer agir sob pressão, se comunicar, decidir, cuidar de si e se relacionar? Transforme isso em afirmações-guia que orientem comportamento, não só intenção:
- “Eu tomo decisões com clareza e responsabilidade.”
- “Eu enfrento desafios com coragem e consistência.”
- “Eu construo relações com respeito e limites saudáveis.”

5) Que medos ou dúvidas estão me impedindo de reescrever minha história?
Medos comuns: falhar, ser julgado, decepcionar alguém, sair do controle, não dar conta. Nomear o medo reduz o poder dele. Em vez de tratá-lo como verdade, trate-o como sinal: “isso importa para mim”. A pergunta-chave é: o que eu faria se agisse apesar do medo, e não guiado por ele?

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
